IN-HOUSE MANUFACTURING

Bringing design, engineering and production under one roof means ideas become reality without barriers. With every step under our control, from conceptualization and design of the rim to the final finish, we can ensure a level of quality and precision that no other approach can match.

HAND-BUILT TO PERFECTION

True precision can only come from expert hands. Every part of each wheel is assembled manually, with the care and time it takes to ensure it will make the difference on the road or on the trail.

Register

Wheels must be registered within 30 days of purchase.

Return

In case of accident damage return the wheel to an official DAO dealer who will send it to our of our official service centers.

Replace and rebuild

In addition to the replacement rim our subsidised repair program covers replacement spokes, nipples and a rebuild.

As good as new

Your wheel will be returned to you as good as new.

RESPONSIBLE MANUFACTURING

We are deeply proud to design and manufacture DAO wheels in AMOY. By concentrating everything we do in one place, we can exercise greater control over our processes and ensure the quality of our wheels. We are also committed to responsible practices, using recycled and recyclable packaging and shortening our supply chain.

Clean and inspect

Return the wheels to an official DAO dealer. They will advise you on turnaround time and costs.

Hub Service

Change the bearings and grease the hub.

Spoke service

Any worn spokes or nipples will be replaced and the rim tape will be changed.

Retension

The wheel will be retensioned and trued before being returned to you like new.
