What happens if something breaks on my DAO wheel?
In case you have any problem with your DAO wheels, we recommend that you go to your trusted dealer or contact [email protected]. In case it is a manufacturing defect and the wheel is within the warranty period, we will replace your wheel free of charge. Our accident replacement program covers damage from jumps or even if you drive over it. We provide a free replacement tire with a rebuild program to get you rolling again. Why should I register my wheels and how can I do it?

You will be able to register your wheels in your user account. Registration on our website offers you the following benefits: It allows you to store your personal data, shipping and billing addresses, so you will no longer have to enter this information when you place an order or want to register more wheels in your user account.


When you register the unique serial number of your wheels, they are associated to your user account and in this way you will be able to benefit from the Keep on Rolling program.

What does it mean to make a warranty claim?

We use the best materials and testing procedures in the industry, but what if something breaks? Don't worry, our warranty covers manufacturing defects during the legal warranty period. In the unlikely event that your wheel suffers a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it free of charge. All you have to do is go to your dealer and ask them to open a claim with DAO. The wheel will be evaluated by our technicians and if necessary we will replace or repair the wheel.
